I do a lot of consulting and advising, mainly through a range of partner organisations:
Organisational Change work is largely done through We Do Things Differently - a cultural change practice I co-founded to work with clents who want to engage their employees better, innovate faster, and make the world a better place. Recent clients have included Safran Aircelle, Thames Water, British Gas, Grand Union Housing Group and Bank of Ireland.

Strategic Innovation in Education is often done through the Innovation Unit - with whom I'm a Senior Associate. National projects in the UK and Australia include Learning Futures (for the Paul Hamlyn Foundation) and  Learning Frontiers (for the Australian Institute for Teaching & School Leadership).

Engagement and Learning Strategies have been pioneered through my own consultancy, Engaged Learning . Recent clients we've worked with include the Global Schools Alliance, Football Beyond Borders, SAE Institute, and a host of schools and colleges around the world.
My longest association, initially as project leader, and now as an advisor, is with the Musical Futures initiative. Founded in 2003 by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, Musical Futures has transformed the musical experiences of millions of young people around the world, and it's just wonderful.

I currently sit on two advisory boards: Education Canada (where I'm proud to be the only non-Canadian invited to serve) and I'm an advisor to Vega Schools, in India. Vega are committed to bringing 21st century learning to the Indian sub-continent.
